How is colored LED lighting created?

The RGB model (Red, Green, Blue) is responsible for the perception of colors by our eye.

RGB is based on the imperfections of the human eye, thanks to which the combination of three beams of light in a proper way evokes the illusion of perceiving a specific color. Do you remember art in primary school? "If we mix red and yellow, we will have orange." In a simplified translation, this is how RGB works. In the developed translation, we must take into account that the number of shades and colors does not close in those with whom we commune on a daily basis. There are infinitely many of them.
In the case of LED lighting, the color is also dependent on the voltage dosage. Most of the visible colors by us are just a matter of convention.

Only three basic colors.

The festival of colors offers more, as many as five. However, just like colored LED lighting, colored powders are the result of mixing. RGB technology is mainly used in the lighting industry, more precisely during the production of LED diodes. We must remember that the lighting industry is interesting because it offers unlimited freedom to combine colors depending on the intensity of the light beam. Thanks to this, the colors we perceive are characterized by an almost perfect reproduction of naturalness. There is a whole lot of various RGB tapes on the market that will allow us to play with color. Personally, we recommend buying a remote control, with which we will be able to freely change the colors and intensity of lighting.

Where is best used?

We will be honest. Colorful LED lighting in the workplace, study or living room is not a good idea. Prolonged staying in a place illuminated by unnatural light can have a negative effect on health. RGB LED lighting has the best application in places where it is placed on a unique and unusual mood.
Places that use the possibilities of multicolored lighting are clubs, premises, discos, shops, or even public space, eg lighting of fountains or sidewalks.
